I’m a People & Culture leader who’s spent the last 15+ years inside fast-growing SMEs, PE-backed groups, tech consultancies and regulated environments. I’m often brought in when things feel messy, stretched, or stuck. My sweet spot is turning good intent into real outcomes: clearer leadership, better decisions, healthier cultures and operating models that actually scale.
I’ve built People functions from scratch, led major transformations, supported acquisitions, reduced eye-watering attrition, unlocked growth, and helped leadership teams move faster with more confidence (and fewer meetings that should’ve been an email). Along the way, I’ve delivered hands-on leadership workshops, coached senior teams, and partnered closely with CEOs who want challenge and support in equal measure.
What clients tend to value most is that I’m practical, commercial, and human. I don’t do jargon for the sake of it. I’m as comfortable in the detail as I am in the boardroom, and I care deeply about leaving things better than I found them.
